BBC Radio Stations Have disappeared

Hi All,

Long time user (of Deezer), first time poster.

Maybe I am being an idiot (likely) but all of the BBC stations seems to have disappeared? I have tried the mobile and desktop app, and reset both, but can’t seem to find them. Is this an issue, or am I missing something?

Cheers MM

Same here. According to Deezer on Twitter, the stations were all taken down at the BBC’s request. Apart from BBC Radio Stoke, it seems they’ve all gone off Apple Music as well.

Likewise. Having the ability to listen to BBC stations and save tracks has become an integral part to our families music experience.

Hopefully this is just a dev issue and nothing to do with the disaster that is Brexit!

This is really annoying as I also listened to BBC Radio a lot, whilst favouriting random and forgotten tracks. It was 50% of my reasoning for subscribing to Deezer but it's now gone. I will try contacting the BBC for comment 😏😏

Really annoyed that Deezer has NOT informed its subscribers about losing BBC Radio. A very serious mistake. After 6 years membership I will be leaving....

Agreed! The very least they could have done was inform us of the change and why it happened 😠😡

Just to note that if, like me, you access Deezer via a SONOS audio system plus a BBC account as a License payer, I’ve discovered you can add the BBC Radio stations as an “Additional service” via “Settings” on the SONOS app….

😀

Subject: Re: BBC Radio stations?

Thank you for your reply. Very disappointing and will mean I'll have to cancel my 6 year subscription to Deezer. Many UK customers will face the same decision. May I say that..

1. You should have negotiated a deal with the BBC. It's significance to British customers is huge.

2. You should have INFORMED us when it happened...as in GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE?

Not very impressive.

Salvador

Where has BBC Radio gone? Without it you will lose my 6 years of loyal subscription...
