Anyone experienced problems with MusicCast Deezer login lately

Cannot login to Deezer anymore with Yamaha AV-receiver RX-V685.

No changes in firmware or Musiccast app itself. Tried changing password but keep gettting the same error

I have the same problem with Yamaha SoundBar and WXC-50 preamp.

I can’t access Net radio.

 

 

 

Same problem. Changed the password without result. We have a paid family account and would like to enjoy christmas with some music..... pitty.. shame Musiccast cannot cooperate with Deezer. Would be a reason to switch to another supplier. 

 

Seems a yamaha problem to me... on my rx1060 also netradio (which is off yamaha servers i think) does not work.

Same problem for me. Cannot access Deezer and no NET radio as of about 10:00am UK time on a Yamaha RX-V583

Solved at 3pm cest it seems

All works fine now.

Seems to be working now.

I was able to narrow it down to Yamaha after testing usin iOS and Android apps and verifying login issue was not app related but instead of back end services had an issue most likely.

I had the issue some days ago as well.
Then it got solved after a while. 

Now the issue is there again!  
How was it solved?

 

Same - it’s not working again through Music Cast. I have 9 zones which I can’t login on any of them.  :( 

 

Second time since Christmas Day!

I tried connecting the Musicast with Spotify and this works, so I expect that the issue is in the connection to Deezer

It happened to me just now, although I had my Deezer playing through Musiccast the last week for almost 14 hours a day. I am using a bluetooth connection at the moment as a temporary solution.

The problem is fixed!
