Deezer - Will this ever be resolved?
I’ve been having this issue for about two years and nothing.

Customer support tells me to clear my cache, which does not work. He is also sick of hearing me complain about it over and over.


Please, a serious answer, not just to open a ticket.

Since support just closes my tickets when I open regarding this, I will keep adding to this thread.

Thank you for your response. This has been always been an issue since I’ve used a Deezer - so about 2 years.

So that I can investigate what is going on, can you give me more details? Did you try reinstalling app?
I deleted the app because it was worse, so I use a browser. Have tested in Safari, Chrome & Firefox. On different machines as well.

• Have you tried to log out and log in again with the email address?
Yes, I have cleared all cookies, & caches - leading to be logged out.

• What's the brand and model of the device you are having problems with?
Mac Book Pro 2016, Mac Book Pro M2

• What's the version of the operating system (Android, iOS, Windows or Mac) installed on your device? 
Monterey & Sonoma

• If you're using our app, what's the Deezer version installed on your device? 
Only browser

• If you're using Deezer on the web browser, what's your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Microsoft Edge)? What's the latest version installed? Most updated versions of Safari, Chrome & Firefox

 


Customer support has been dismissive of my problem.

• If you're using our app, what's the Deezer version installed on your device? 
• If you're using Deezer on the web browser, what's your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Microsoft Edge)? What's the latest version installed? 

Please send me a video of your procedures until you get the error message and if error happens on mobile app, please share a screenshot of Data and Storage going on the app Deezer, settings.
