Alexa Fails to Play Album

I am new to Deezer but have read the FAQs and forums and can't find a solution.

I want to listen to the album Divisive by Disturbed so I ask "Alexa, play the album Divisive by Disturbed" and get the response "playing Divisive on Deezer" but it'll only play the song Divisive and not the album.

I've tried various different versions of the above command and none play the album, only the track of the same name.

I've tried this on my Sonos speakers, my Amazon Echo and Echo Dots. It will work using Google Assistant on my Android phone.

I get the same result. The Alexa skill still has some bugs; there are playlists that won’t link, and others that are linked incorrectly.

I will submit a bug report on your behalf.

In the meantime, you should be able to use the Sonos or deezer app to play the album.

Thank you, I flagged it to the team that takes care of Alexa, but as @GropplerZorn said sometimes the playlists or albums don’t link correctly :(
