Axl Rose (born William Bruce Rose Jr. ) is an iconic American singer, songwriter, and musician, best known as the lead vocalist and sole constant member of the hard rock band Guns N' Roses. Renowned for his wide vocal range and energetic performances, he led the band to massive success with hits like "Sweet Child o' Mine". 
 He formed the band in 1985 in Los Angeles, achieving global fame with the 1987 debut album Appetite for Destruction.

 Known for a distinct, high-pitched, and raspy voice, for being a perfectionisthe is frequently cited as one of the greatest rock singers of all time.
 Besides his work with Guns N' Roses, he briefly toured as the vocalist for AC/DC in 2016.
As of 2016, he reunited with former members Slash and Duff McKagan for the successful "Not in This Lifetime... Tour".
