 Ozzy Osbourne (3 December 1948 – 22 July 2025) 

John Michael "Ozzy" Osbourne is an English musician and media icon. Known as the "Prince of Darkness", he rose to international fame as the lead vocalist of the heavy metal pioneers Black Sabbath.

After leaving Black Sabbath in 1978, he pursued a highly successful solo career. Some of his most famous solo albums include the cult Blizzard of Ozz (1980) and Diary of a Madman (1981), and his most commercially successful No More Tears (1991).

In the early 2000s, he became a global sensation outside of music circles thanks to the MTV reality show The Osbournes, which followed his everyday family life with his wife Sharon and children.

His rich and controversial career was marked by legendary performances and unique musical contributions until his final farewell concert in July 2025 in his native Birmingham.
