Van Helsing: Original Motion Picture Soundtrack is the 2004 orchestral film score composed and conducted by Alan Silvestri for Stephen Sommers' gothic action-adventure film Van Helsing. Released on May 4, 2004 . The album features a grand, high-energy mix of bombastic brass fanfares, heavy percussion, and dark choral chanting.

Major Track Highlights and Themes

Dracula’s Theme / Opening Motif: A pounding, choral, and over-the-top villainous theme that opens the album and anchors Dracula and his vampires with heavy percussion and whispering choir effects (prominently featured in Transylvania 1887 and Dracula's Nursery).

Frankenstein’s Monster Theme: Widely considered the most compelling and bittersweet thematic idea in the score, highlighted by harp flourishes during the windmill scene in Burn It Down! and later in Final Battle.

Journey to Transylvania: A guitar-driven, adventurous melody that serves as a primary travel motif and anchors the score's heroic progression.

Transylvanian Horses: A fast-paced, high-energy action cue driven by a persistent rhythm and a hero motif originally previewed in Useless Crucifix.

Reunited: An emotional, lamenting track featuring soaring female choral voices that accompanies Anna Valerious’s thematic identity and the heavenly sequences.

Final Battle: A massive, climactic orchestral showcase that pulls together the score's main motifs, brass fanfares, and aggressive percussive elements.

The Frankenstein theme stood out to me most from the description, as that mix of tenderness and grandeur sounds perfect for the character. I have seen the film before, and the big choral moments really do suit its gothic, over-the-top mood.
