That could be the reason as the limit of the playlists is 2,000 songs, so it probably reached the limit already :/

We are trying to update our playlists regularly. I can see that the last update was 2 months ago

Yes, always update the apps. Current version on my phone (Android): 7.0.12.1. Updated two days ago.

Yes, the playlist last update was 2 month ago. But the phone app shows one month (?).

Isn't the problem with having 2000 songs in the playlist? A suspiciously round number.
