Blue Ivy: dancing rising star 💙

Beyoncé and Jay-Z's eldest child just turned 12 and is about to celebrate another year of incredible talent and endless possibilities. On the occasion of her birthday, we're taking a moment to revisit her remarkable dance performances during her mother's Renaissance Tour, which coincides with International Choreography Day!

Despite her young age, Blue has already demonstrated a natural skill and ability to command the stage (she's definitely her parents' daughter!) As she continues to grow and evolve, her performances during of the Renaissance Tour have captured the hearts and minds of audiences around the world.

During the tour, Blue Ivy had a solo segment that showed off her skills on her mother's song My Power, where she first appeared in Paris last May. As the tour progressed, his confidence grew significantly and his choreography became iconic on TikTok and other social media.

She also collaborated with renowned dancers and choreographers on the tour, elevating her performances to new heights. Amari Marshall, Beyoncé's dance co-captain and renowned choreographer, was her guide throughout this process.

Amari has worked alongside many artists, such as Rihanna, Lizzo, Lady Gaga and Missy Eliott. She also led Beyoncé's iconic performance at Coachella in 2018. 🐝

Blue Ivy's dedication and love for dance is undeniable, and her performances have already left an indelible mark on the industry. Last October, Madonna's daughter Estere also appeared on stage, singing along to her mother's iconic song, Vogue.

Whether you're a beginner (we're talking at least Macarena level) or an absolute pro, let's celebrate dance day together! Here is a playlist to help you get moving:
