"My Favourite Game" is a prominent 1998 alternative rock song by the Swedish band The Cardigans. It was released as the lead single from their fourth studio album, Gran Turismo.
The song is known for its energetic two-note guitar riff and driving, electro-rock sound, composed in the key of C Minor.
It was an international hit, reaching #3 in Sweden, #14 in the UK, and #16 on the Billboard Modern Rock Tracks chart in the US.
The song gained further popularity by featuring in the intro of the popular 1999 PlayStation video game Gran Turismo 2.

There are at least two primary versions of the music video for The Cardigans' "My Favourite Game".

The two main versions are the uncut/original version (often called the "Stone Version") and a heavily censored version.

The "Stone" Version (Uncut): Shows the singer driving recklessly, running over a rock, and culminates in a violent car crash into the band's van, leading to various fatal or tragic endings.

The Censored Version: Created for television to avoid showing the violence, this version primarily features shots of the singer driving and lip-syncing, with the crashes removed.

The video was edited for platforms like MTV UK due to concerns about promoting reckless driving.
The uncensored version has different endings, with some showing the singer's death and others showing a joke ending where she is hit by the rock used to keep the car going.
