Have a nice week

Hi @ciccio83 sorry to reply in English but we don’t have support in Italian.
Can you please let me know if the problem you are experiencing is on mobile app (Android or iOS), desktop app or web?
Grazie:relaxed:

I am unable to access my downloaded songs when I am offline. I keep getting "Error loading content". I have read your fix to clear cache but this delete all my downloaded music. Honestly there should be a better way to fix this problem than deleting my over 3000 songs and downloading them all over again. It costs money.

Hmmm.....costs money..maybe you're into something. There..?

Hello @Overfitter, can you try the troubleshooting steps at the beginning at the topic? Follow the order carefully.

@pvnucec, I see, sorry about that :slight_frown: Can you try changing the audio quality? I guess you’re listening to HiFi quality, try HQ quality and let me know if you have the same kind of error. This would enable us to identify the issue.

Volevo comunicare che Deezer non è più stabile, va sempre in crash, e ci mette troppo tempo per caricare un brano e spesso si stacca definitamente. Se non risolvete questo problema, al prossimo rinnovo stacco l'abbonamento.

@ciccio83 please check the information above in this page and try the troubleshooting steps in your Android.
Let me know hot it goes:nerd:

Hello,

For the past 3 days every time i open the app on android and try to play my playlists i always get a mix playlist. From website (on desktop) the playlist works fine.

Any idea about the cause?

Thank toy.

Hello @itsJOKERhahaha, on which device did you notice this? Could you check on the website too?

Hello @Rafael Ch @therabster1995 , I must ask, have you followed each step as described in the diagram at the beginning of this topic?

I wish you both a nice weekend

I checked the website version all my music seems to be there but it still does not load on mobile app and it used to do that on my google pixel but i got a new phone now which is a S10 and it still does the samething on mobile app does not load all my music in playlist

No estoy dispuesto a borrar la aplicación y toda la música descargada con ella, son más de 120 GB.

Esta no es una solución real.

I lately notice a lot of problems with Deezer. When I choose a song it happens more than once that it stops. I receive the message that it is loading. I have to choose then another song in the hope that it doesn't stop again…

Hello @beke @zappatto, could you try the troubleshooting steps shown above? Don’t forget if you own an Android to clear the cache.

Let me know if it helps

Found fix. It works when i disconnect from wifi, but why? Is there anyway to fix it without disconnecting from net?

Hi there @maisolomonic

Sorry that's happening. Could you try the following steps, exactly in this order, to see if it helps with your issue?

  • make sure you're connected to a wifi network
  • uninstall Deezer
  • clean your phone's cache
  • remove the SD card (if applicable)
  • turn off your phone
  • reinstall Deezer
  • open Deezer and download at least one album or playlist
  • reinsert the SD card (if applicable)

Let us know how it goes :relaxed:

Have you guys solved this problem? Please see attached print screen

I have a pocophone f1

Let me know

Hello @hugaaao, have you tried the troubleshooting steps shown in the diagram pinned to this topic?

Cheers

Hello, I have an Android device and I have this problem of unending loading. I cleared my cache but it still didn't work. Unfortunately my phone already had deezer on it when I got it so now it doesn't want me to uninstall it. What would you suggest I do?

turn your wifi directly from the modem and your device at the same time for about 3 min

Hello @Hugo's, can you let us know which device it is, what is the version of Android and what is the version of the Deezer application?

Thank you for the feedback

@A.LeC I am working with developers and providing them feedback from users who are experiencing problems like yours.
The troubleshooting steps are the best solution currently, but I understand that is not working for you (at least no long enough).
I am not in a position to offer any discount unfortunately as that is something that you need to discuss with our Deezer Support Team (I can’t guarantee any discount coming from them though).
Apologies for the inconvenience

It's only affecting certain tracks and the whole track sounds like it's on fast forward.

Exaples are Oasis "Roll With It" and "Some Might Say" but none of the others from the album (What's The Story) Morning Glory (Remastered).

Tried clearing all downloads, reducing the cache to 32mb, and changing the sound quality but it's still the same. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy Note 9.

Help please!

@Kevin Deezer i don`t use offline mode, i used to listen my playlists form the app (over the net), i cleared cache, my app is up to date, all of my songs from all of my playlists are grey (like they are not available) and i keep getting songs form a mix playlist, like i said before my playlist work fine form my desktop in browser
