Nevermind, there was a song that wasn't playing so I wrote about it, but then I cleared the cache and it worked out. But thank you for asking. I wish I could just delete a message if I solved my problem. Why there's no such a button there?

I was trying to reload several Within Temptation albums, which were corrupted, no luck!

The app is stating that I do not have internet connection, which is total bullshit. 

I have very good and fast Internet and all my other devices are working 100% using the same connection.

Why is this happening so often, to have corrupted uploads? Lately it has been problem with WT but also other artists

Hello. I am having the same issue as a premium user, and have been for months now. I followed the steps mentioned, yet I still cannot listen to my downloaded tracks if I am offline. When will this be fixed already? People have been complaining about this for over a year now. Please give us an ETA.

Your app worked fine for years (and I was very happy with it), but it’s been around a week (maybe a bit more ?) I couldn’t use the function research anymore, I got either nothing in response or just “try another time”.

So I followed your advice, I removed everything, reinstalled it, and now nothing is displayed anymore (I can only log in, and then nothing loads, I cannot see my profile for example).

Here are the info about my device :

Samsung Galaxy S2 (GT-I9100P)

Android 4.1.2

Deezer 5.4.26.35 (last available version for my device)

Doesn’t help. My original cache was at 5.9 GB anyway. Decreased it to 1 G, did nothing. I’ve also reinstalled the application several times to no avail.

Then it does not help all.

For me this eliminated the issue. Have you also tried to install their Beta app?

I am unable to access my Favourites when in offline mode even though THEY ARE DOWNLOADED. What do I do? Please don't suggest clearing everything if there is another option. My Android system was recently updated

This is what I see when I go to Favourites - either directly or through Downloaded > Favourites.

All my other playlists, my playlists and downloaded from other users are funcrioning normally in offline mode.

 

Dont work. I do all triks. I reset my phone to default and even dont play any files anymore.

Hello Rudi,

I am using Android 11 with One UI 3.1 (Samsung).

Whenever I try to open my Favorites list, which is downloaded to my phone, i get the exact same message as Laura. Interestingly, just as in her case, other playlists that are downloaded to my phone, work in offline mode. The issue seems to be with the favorites list for some reason.

So that we can look into this further, please give us:

  • the OS version of your phone
  • the Deezer app version

Also, @Ákos.Moldován could you please be a bit more specific? Is the same happening to @Laura Banović happening to you? If yes then it'll be easier for us to find the cause for this issue.

I repeat these steps every time I want to listen the music. Nothing helps for next time. If the problem continues, I wil cancel my subscription. Sorry, for that money I want something reliable. And it isn't.

Zrobilem wszystko co napisaliście moim zdaniem to blad aplijacji

Jutro mam zamiar przywrocic telefon do ustawień fabrycznych  poniewaz co jakis dłuższy czas powinno sie to robić

Po tym zainstaluje jeszcze raz aplikację deezer ale mysle ze to jednak blad po waszej stronie  wina aplikacji

Korzystałem juz z wszystkich  serwisow muzycznych tidal spotify Apple music i nigdy nie bylo problemu z przesyłaniem muzyki przez wifi do telewizora  tylko teraz w deezer 

I do not think reinstall of your phone operating system will help.

You can try however and report ;)

I find it back few times a week, but hopefully there’s a fix for you and us.

When I'm not using WI-FI (but in the same time i using unlimited 4G) I can't load or add to favourites any new music. Is there a fix?

What is the purpose of this community? getting help from Deezer support? After MONTHS nobody took care of the bug I have reported.

On my phone - the recent update caused all the songs to not be downloaded. So I re downloaded them all and it worked. Worth checking!

Witam nadal jest problem jutro według waszych   instrukcji zmienię jakosc z flac na zwykłą czy tez  bedzie problem 

:cyclone: Endless loading? If your phone app isn't loading the tracks or it's stuck with the message "Error: requested content is not loading", don't worry :smirk: . Try the tips mentioned below.

  • If you're on Android, you can clear your cache to see if it helps. For that, you need to go on settings > app > clear all
  • If you're on iOS, all you need to do is to reinstall the app

Im unable to play music coz app keeps on loading then says almost done but my songs(downloaded songs) never play though subscription fee has been paid and i have tried all solving step but nothing changed...i want to listen to the music I paid for!!!help pls

No me cargan las canciones que ya descargue. Que sucede con la App? Si se supone que, si uno descarga las canciones o álbumes y sin datos o Internet la puede seguir escuchando.

Thank you for reporting the offline/downloaded issue to us, our devs are working on it. Please check for app updates, and if there isn't any for you yet, try changing the audio quality settings to Balanced and redownload the tracks :thumbsup_tone2:

Hi all,

Thank you for your input and patience. Could you please download and install our hotfix version 6.1.18.113 and let me know how it performs? Also, does the problem happen with random or the same songs?

@Rudi After installing the latest version, app keeps constantly crashing on opening. Previously I couldn’t use it properly offline, now I can’t use it at all.

Hi @ColinDavid please try to reinstall following the steps suggested above in this topic. That should fix the problem.
