Recently using deezer at my Android cellphone, the songs can't not be visualized. Even if I try refreshing. Not downloaded playlist, not online playlist.

Hey @Joc Gonzalez Valle

Sorry to hear that but thanks for reaching out.

Please try the troubleshooting steps mentioned above and let us know if it helps

Hello!

I know Deezer did an update on June 22, and now I cannot play anything, I either get either error cannot load or it just spins out. I tried clearing the cache, I tried uninstalling and removing the SD card, I've tried everything that has been suggested to no avail. I am a paying customer so I would really love some help!

Hi, a have Note 10+ and recently  my app do not what to play, stop immediately.

Load the tracks or albums but won't play it😟

I clean the cache, reser the app, force to stop aslo uninstalled and problem remain.

I have the premium family plan.

Any advice or recommendations

Every time the app tries to play Dance Monkey by Tones and I, it fails to play. Only seems to be this track. Catalogue issue?

I'm using Android 10 on a One Plus running their Oxygen OS. App version 6.2.14.45

Bigbang artist's zutter song does not play after 2.14 seconds and skips to other songs, it is not resolved with the option to repair the file. I have been using the app for a few months and this is the way since the first day. I would like the bug to be corrected

Hello @dilek_dilek, sorry that we do not yet support your language on the Community. Is this track the only one not working? Can you send me a ling to this track?

Thanks!

I have a plan whith ilimited music (20GB for music) but Deezer can't play all music, the problem begins saturday at today, whit wifi no problem all its ok, whith LTE nothing can't play music

many time at the day, music was stopped with Lost network error,  other music players dont stoped, this problem i have only with deezer app

I can't stream on mobile. It works fine on my laptop, but I can't stream via the android mobile app. It says: 'Error: failed to play. The requested content is not loading.'

Please help.

Hey there, I moved your comment here, can you please follow the steps suggested above? Thanks a lot!

For what reason was my problem moved here too? I have this problem repeated on all devices, in different places under different networks, but most often at home on a computer with high-speed Internet, as I wrote, there is no such problem with other players..

It is ridiculous that there are so many errors playing music. On top of that you advise to reinstall the app again and again. I can't play any online music or download new music. Unacceptable!!!! Fix it please.

A few songs, as you're listening @Tom Webb, get "cached" in the app.

I'll pass on your info to our devs to see if there's anything they can suggest.

We have a new version of the app every couple of weeks so please update to the newest version and let me know how it goes!

Hi all,

Thank you for reporting the offline/downloaded issue to us, our devs are working on it. Please check for app updates, and if there isn't any for you yet, try changing the audio quality settings to Balanced and redownload the tracks :thumbsup_tone2:

Hi.. I've tried all the advice given here and still I get this message if I try and play any music.. please help before I have to cancel my subscription

It could be @MattB100

Have you tried clearing the app's cache to see if it plays? If not, post the link here and I'll check it with our catalogue teams

The content of the album https://www.deezer.com/en/album/68944681 almost always plays like it’s on 2x speed, or like it’s missing a quarter of each second, on my Android device (OnePlus 7 Pro). It’s been like this for many months, and I only remember it happening on that specific album. I use “Better” audio quality, no normalization.
It used to be the case that I would mark the album to be downloaded, then asked Deezer to repair each file, then it would play flawlessly for a few days, until it happened again.
The issue does not happen on Deezer web.

Hey @Korty

Sorry to hear that. We're always working on fixes but for Android phones, for example, there are different version of the OS and different models from different manufacturer's. We need your help to fix what's affecting you in particular.

If you're willing to support our growth and improvement, please help us out by providing further details so that we can better understand your experience.

Have you tried changing the audio quality settings?

Hello @frederico.costa.galvao, I’ve moved your message here as it’s most likely an issue with the cache (temporary data) on your Android. Follow carefully the steps shown in the diagram at the beginning of this topic, including deleting the cache of the device and you should be good to go.

Let us know how it goes

Hi there @Jamie.c.a.r.s

Thanks for coming back to us. In what device, OS, and app version is this happening? Let us know so we can try to help you further :thumbsup_tone2:

@Kevin Deezer  I should have mentioned it in the original post: I know about the caches, I’ve gone through the process of cleaning them before I did the original post, both on the app level (from within Deezer) and on the OS level (from Android app management). None of these solved the issue.

Also thanks for moving my message to a better place, I should’ve done a better job at searching the right place to post it.

Hey @frederico.costa.galvao, no worries, it’s our job and we’re happy to help  Your issue is indeed a weird one, if you did apply all the steps recommended in the troubleshooting. Can you go to audio setttings and try changing the audio quality, to see if it changes anything?

Have a nice day

Have a nice day

Just tried playing it again on all possible quality levels, clearing the cache inbetween before every attempt, and the problem is still there.

However, I just tested something different which is very interesting: If I stream these songs to my Google Nest Mini (playing on phone, just streaming audio to Nest as a speaker), it works perfectly.  I play the song on my phone, it’s failing and jumping, I start streaming to Nest (without pausing the song or changing any setting), and it plays perfectly on Nest.
I seems to have something to do with the decoding of these songs on my phone when using the phone’s own speaker, unless Deezer handles the downloaded data differently when casting.
I hope that helps dig deeper into this bug.

I’ve been using Deezer in South Korea for several years now, it’s been pretty stable up until the last few months or so.

Recently, when selecting a song, it takes a long time to load, and then when it finally plays, it stops and starts, constantly buffering.

It’s so irritating, is there any solution? What’s going on with Deezer’s servers here? Have they been forced out the country by Melon/Genie/Kakao/Naver Music?

Let me know, because there’s no point paying for this while its essentially unusable.

Many thanks
