Hi there @ChrisPP

Please follow the troubleshooting mentioned in this topic and let us know if the issue persists :thumbsup_tone2:

Hi @zappatto it could be that's happening because the distributors have removed the content from your country. For more info, please see here

I am so disappointed . Any 2 seconds I ve got this message. I'm paying for your service, since there isn't any problems with you loading my money, I don't want any problems using your service. Fix your app.

Hey @Tom Webb

Is this happening on WiFi or mobile data? Do you have an SD card installed?

I've moved your comment here so that you can see the troubleshooting tips above :thumbsup_tone2:

The same applies to you @Schakers please follow the steps above.

I've tried all the steps above it fixes the issue for a few hours, I've tried completely moving the sd card, I'm getting an error code 0610 now sometimes, other times it just doesn't load its both on WiFi and mobile data. Other apps such as YouTube are loading faster and have no loading issues on WiFi networks I use and 4G. I have noticed that I don't usually have this problem early in the morning. Out of curiosity, how much of a play list will Deezer load at a time.. One song or several?

Error Loading - Almost there, only a few seconds left  but not ...

Hangi şarkıyı açmak istesem bu hatayı alıyorum

İndirmediğim şarkıları açmak istiyince böyle oluyor

Hello @Soukèna Chihab, if you’re having issue playing music on your smartphone, I suggest you follow the troubleshooting steps in the diagram at the beginning of this topic, they will help you clear the temporary data that are likely to be the cause of your issues. Let us know how it goes.

After the last update I have this as well. Clearing the cache and reinstalling works for a little bit, but then the problem returns.

I then changed the preferred storage from sd card to internal storage, and I think this might’ve solved it. But it would be nice if I could save my music to the sd card.

Hey @ciccio83

Sorry to hear that. Apologies for the reply in English - Italian isn't supported in our community yet :thumbsup_tone2:

Have you tried the steps above? If yes, perhaps it's best to follow guidance from one of our colleagues in the Customer Care team here.

I recently had an security update on mij samsung xcover 4s and after this update i got this problem i tried all the above steps and they help for like a little while but then it continues with the same problem.

I can give you the update version and so on if needed.

Kind regards

Aron

I find it very unprofessional that you said that we have to follow these steps to solve the problems of loading the songs. I have used Spotify, Youtube Music, Tidal and believe me that DEEZER is the only one in which the delay in loading music happens a LOT of times. I gave up DEEZER once for the same reason and went to TIDAL, where I use MASTER which is the superior quality to flac and yet ALMOST never takes long to load the songs. Therefore, or it is a problem of the application or your servers, but do not give patching solutions that would also have to be done several times a day. I hope they give a solution to this which is the ONLY bad thing about DEEZER, since I love the application, and how they organize the music and the listings, as well as the new music that they offer according to tastes, which is very accurate.

Cheers

Hi again @zappatto

Hello,

I don`t get it, all of the sudden none of my 300+ songs from my playlist are not available on mobile? that`s weird. I quit, no point in getting angry over this, gl with it and maybe i`ll try it again some time in the future.

BR,

Hi, I have the same error "Oops...The requested content is not loading" but only for FAMILY MIX and only on three iOS devices, I do not get the error on Mac OSX app and do not get the error on the web player and don’t get the error on Alexa!

I can access Family Mix everywhere but from my family’s iOS devices! sounds weird but it is what we are experiencing.

We are using iPhone 12, 11 and 10, latest versions of Deezer app and iOS, I have tried all the troubleshooting steps described here but nothing works. Hope you can help me fixing this issue.

Thanks

S.

Hi @Basurex we are very sorry to hear you are getting this impression. The troubleshooting steps only have to be performed once properly. If every single step is done thoroughly and in the correct order there shouldn’t be a problem in the long-term. Please let us know how you get on, we want to make sure you can listen to music without any interruptions.

I am new user and soon to be an ex user. Using my LGV30 mobile it is impossible to have tracks play consistently. It appears there is some issue connecting no matter if I use wifi or mobile network. Other apps like Tidal and Spotify work just fine. I really want to give Deezer a chance to become my HiFi streaming service. Please know I do not have this issue with the osx app.

The clock is ticking on my subscription so please get back to me with suggestion or solution as soon as you can. Thanks and take care

Hi @zappatto we are sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue. Could you please explain this a bit further so we can help you more with this problem:

  • Are you sure you are logged into the correct Deezer account?
  • Did 300+ songs disappear from your favourite song list OR from a playlist you created OR from a playlist someone else created?
  • Can you still see these songs in your Deezer account on another device?
  • Could you please name some examples of the songs which disappeared: artist, title and Deezer URL link?

Many thanks

I can not find a direct email address for deezer. I am using Samsung phone never had no problems until 3 weeks ago. Songs are stopping and starting all the way through the song. A 3 minute song is lasting 6 minutes !! I pay the subscription fee of £10 per month and have been for many years now.

Please deezer sort this out or I will be cancelling. I have read other threads and tried the things other people have and it's still not working!!

Hello @Onionhead, sorry about this poor experience. Could you try the troubleshooting at the beginning of this topic? The diagram summarises the different steps, the order is important. It solves most issues on Android, that are often caused by errors in the temporary data on your phone.

Hello

I tried following your tips (erasing app cache) and downloading an album but it didnt work: tracks keep loading and loading...so I even tried to disinstall the app and reinstall it but no changes. Then I had luck only not using my home Wi-Fi but using my 4G connection! Il I use  Could this trouble be related to internet type of connection?!? Does it mean I cannot use Deezer with my home Wi-Fi?! It sounds crappy...

Thanks

:cyclone: Endless loading? If your phone app isn't loading the tracks or it's stuck with the message "Error: requested content is not loading", don't worry :smirk: . Try the tips mentioned below.

  • If you're on Android, you can clear your cache to see if it helps. For that, you need to go on settings > app > clear all
  • If you're on iOS, all you need to do is to reinstall the app

If you need further help, take a look:

Hi there @HOMA

Sorry to hear that. Please follow the troubleshooting steps above and let me know if you need further help!

Hey @Massimo.G
Your Deezer app should definitely stream via Wi-Fi as well. Have you tried restarting your router after about 3 mins? Let me know what app version and OS you've got too :thumbsup_tone2:
