Unable to play selected music. Connection with Deezer was lost?

What is the story with this…  I can’t find an answer anywhere out there about possible causes and solutions.

I have the same problem. I changed my deezer password too. Home and work sonos systems are unable to play a mix, Playlist or album without stopping. Frustrated with lack of support

Folks here on the forum are happy to help, but we need context. What equipment are you using, how are you using it when the problem occurs, what troubleshooting steps have you taken thus far, that sort of thing.

Iphone to Sonos One.

When I play anything, play list, albums, selected single songs.

I have rebooted both the Iphone and Sonos.

Made sure every thing was up to date.

Uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my phone.  Which also causes a re-sign-in to Sonos.

Are you Airplaying to Sonos or using the Sonos app? You have linked deezer to the Sonos app? Both devices on the same wifi? No potential home network issues?

 

I have an Era 100 and use both Sonos voice control and Airplay from the iOS deezer app and the experience is silky smooth.

Are you Airplaying to Sonos or using the Sonos app? You have linked deezer to the Sonos app? Both devices on the same wifi? No potential home network issues?

Sonos app… same wifi network… no Wifi issues.  Deezer is linked to the app.  Experience was good until this started happening a few days ago.

that would suggest that the issue might be with the Sonos app
