Unable to play selected music. Connection with Deezer was lost.

When Deezer is working the quality of sound is great. However, when it’s not working, which seems to be a lot of the time I constantly get the error message “Unable to play selected music…. Connection with Deezer was lost”. All other streaming services I use (i.e. Sonos Radio, Apple Music, Spotify….) work seamlessly. 

I then spend about 30 - 40 minutes each day trying to get Deezer back on-line (re-authorise, etc….), which is time consuming and frustrating.

I have purchased the Deezer family pack. I have 3 mini mac computers and 2 iPhones. All operating systems and software upgrades are up to date.

It is incredibly frustrating. I am at the point that I’d consider cancelling my Deezer subscription and ask for a refund for any monies paid. Which would be unfortunate, as when it works it’s great.

I have read through the standard FAQ’s and articles in the web, which have vague references to the issue, but nothing concrete in terms of long term resolution. Can you please offer some on-line help to resolve the issue.

Many thanks for the response. Most of the time Deezer works well. It’s only other occasional request that the following error message is displayed “Unable to play ‘ Mix - Miss Solomnis’ the connection to Deezer was lost”
