Hi…
Imho there are so many countries and languages part of Deezers business that they not all can be fully supported with app language. It would be such a lot of work… For this reason i think only the big markets are completely supported with app language.
Yup, that’s a lot of work 
And it is already done, the macOS desktop version is fully translated
