There are global issues at the moment, affecting some platforms more than others with Deezer apps. They are actively trying to get everything sorted again.

At this time the issue is mainly on mobile IOS/Android.

User having error message saying “you are not connected to internet”.

User have been unlogged and not able to log-in.

Website is working better but some pages may not respond correctly sometimes. Deezer is still investigating and trying to fix it.

@Elkin Jose Cardona Devoz @Rouget L. Chamier R.  the service is up again and can be used but we are monitoring the situation.
