Just switched few days ago from Spotify to Deezer as I was interested in the Hi-Fi feature and also the first month was free, nothing to lose. I really like deezer as it seems they put a lot of effort in recommendations of playlist, artist and songs that may suit your tastes, also going on an artist page let me see the whole ranking of their most popular songs unlike Spotify just top 5 so I discovered loads of amazing songs because of these two incredible features.

BUTTTTT I cannot login tried everything I’m on iPhone 13 Pro, IOS 15.5.

Trying to login through app, Error - an error has occurred pops up. Trying to login through Google mail with the link nothing happens not even a message, the login screen stays the same. Going on the website and click launch app is the same as mail link login nothing happens.

turned my phone off and on, deleted the app and reinstalled, went to iPhone storage and deleted the app from there and reinstalled, nothing helps.

Guess I’ll use Deezer on my laptop to discover new songs until the trial is over and head back where I came from.

There is a global issue at the moment on some platforms @Alohamars . Please try back soon then you can enjoy Deezer on your iPhone. 


Oh I understand, thank you. The app score rating is really high on App Store so I guess these kind of issues are out of ordinary for Deezer. I’m really glad because I really enjoy Deezer so far.
