my daughter can't use her Deezer because Deezer doesn't seem to be connected or blocked. The current status: all titles are grayed out, when you tap on it the message “could not be loaded” appears. If I log into your profile from another device, everything works without any problems. If she dials into my profile from her phone, my titles are all gray and cannot be selected. The app has already been reinstalled, the phone has been replaced (not for this reason) and all settings have been transferred. I have already checked all the obvious settings. The parental control settings and restrictions have also been completely deactivated. What exactly is Deezer suddenly blocking?
