songs cutting off

i’ve only recently encountered this problem. all of my favorite tracks will only play a snippet of around 20-30 seconds or even shorter. songs that i don’t have liked are playing normally until the end, but the songs from my favorites will cut off. i’ve updated the app and it’s still the same, what should i do? also recently all of my favorite tracks were deleted for some reason. luckily i had downloaded them all previously,so it wasn’t too much of a problem, but i was just wondering why that is.

      okay, i uninstalled it and reinstalled, but now it won’t let me log into my account. i am on ios

      Hi @nvnvnvnv:

      I also use iOS on my iPhone with Deezer and I don’t have these issues.

      Playing a favorite past the 30 seconds:

      Can you please try the following:

      • Try to log into your Deezer account using another device (web, Android). By doing this we can see if this an issue with your account or if it is an iOS issue;
      • Check if you are using the correct email address;
      • Check if your Deezer app is updated with 10.15.1.
