If I do a search for a band or generic term. I get a list of albums etc pop up. At the top I select ‘TRACKS’. Then when tapping on random tracks nothing plays back. Nothing happens at all. Sometimes I close the app then restart it again, then it will work for a little while. Sometimes I need to play an album randomly then go back to the search of the tracks just to play a song. 

Does anyone else have this issue? I am using the app on an iPhone, I have tried Deezer support, but they were totally unhelpful. That’s another story.

I have tried everything, uninstalling, clearing cache and more….

 

If you have the same problem let me know, or am I alone on this? lol

I was following the steps that you are mentioning in your post and try to reproduce them on the Deezer app in my iPhone as well, but I was able to play some ‘random tracks’ of the artist after tapping on the name of the songs 💡

Could you share with us a short video of what happens on your Deezer app in your phone when you try to play the random tracks to check it out, please? Does that happen also on the desktop app/web browser?
