Slow loading and partial offline support

Question

I have been using deezer for less than a year now, on two different up to date iphones (11 min and 16)

My “coup de coeur” playlist owns 7K songs

Each time I open the app and I click coup de coeur, the whole app freezes for 20 seconds before showing me the song list.
If I happen to switch to another app during this loading time, the app crashes and I have to restart it.

Another issue:
I synced my coup de coeur playlist for offline uses. Everything inside is downloaded.

If I close the app completly, put myself in plane mode and open the playlist, I get a “Page did not load” message with a button “Access to my downloaded content”
When I click on the button and click my “Coup de coeur” playlist, it shows me the message again, putting me in a loop.

I already tried removing all cache and reinstalling the app, without success and as I said, it happened on both my iphones, on different iOS versions

Hi ​@Valdo Ryu! 👋iOS user here too!I used to own the iPhone mini and due its size/capacity it was causing some problems with most of the apps, specially when they required a big space on the memory!What’s the memory capacity on bothiPhones?Have you tried to increase to the max the smart cache bar on both phones? That would help a lot, specially with your downloaded music
