siri cannot open Deezer

Hello there 

I use to ask Siri to play “flow on Deezer” but recently there’s an error. She says “I need to stay in Deezer” 

why?? 
I cannot command it? Did something change on Deezer? 
all the settings are the same on Siri or my iPhone.

Hi ​@Taticmbrasil I am not sure if you still have this rpoblem with Siri and Deezer, but I’ve just tested with different commands and worked perfectly.

yes, it’s working. The problem was that the app needed to be updated. I did and it worked. Thanks

So I have the same issue. When you get into your car and keep your phone locked in the pocket, the car normally connects with CarPlay automatically. Please note that this happens while the phone is locked!

In this state I ask “Siri, play flow on deezer” and Siri replays on car speakers “I play flow on deezer”, but nothing happens. I think Siri is not able to open Deezer in the locked state of the phone.
