shuffle disabled almost everytime i start playing a playlist

this is very weird, which app and iOS version do you use? 

I don't know about other apps for deezer than the standard one (v9.15.0.2). It's on the latest ios 15.5

imho it‘s not a bug, it‘s a feature. 
As long as you stay playing the selected playlist, shuffle keeps active. 
But when switching to another playlist playback mode is set to default and you have to activate shuffle again. 

Doesn’t make a lot of sense to me. The player should not mess with my settings unless i change it

I can understand that everybody prefers his own way of using the player. Difficult for Deezer to make it fine for all users. 
You can place your wish as an idea here in the community and users can vote for it. 
However it’s a bug how shuffle works at the momen, @Yula can clearify it.

If shuffle mode is to be retained when changing to another playlist, you simply have to press this button within the playlist.

Alternatively, unfortunately, the shuffle symbol in the player view has to be pressed after selecting a song.
I agree with @Superschlumpf that unfortunately the right handling cannot be programmed for every individual wish.

I do not agree with the answer. Why would deezer mess up my shuffle setting when i want to start another playlist from a specific song? It is broken - when shuffle is enabled, leave it enabled. When it is disabled, leave it disabled. Changing the shuffle status should only be done via the shuffle button, not sone ‘logic’ a programmer thought would be nice

also, why does a random person pick an answer when clearly this issue has not been resolved yet?

Just one small note to add: on the desktop player this works as expected. So it's really not consistent

I agree with @dee_dirk and @Superschlumpf, I would also not consider it an issue that needs a resolution. 

But it is also true as you said that the behaviour is not consistent between the apps, 

I have asked clarifications about this.
