Hi,

Recently i’ve listened to the song You’re losing me (From the Vault) by Taylor Swift. And i noticed that from 1’38 to 2’41, the music just speed up and it’s just a total mess.
I don’t know if it is only related to me, maybe i did something wrong, or if it is  just a bug from by phone or anything.

Anyway if you have an idea/already faced this problem, i’m all ears (cause i love this song and it is too bad that i can’t listen to it anymore  T-T)

thanks !

Hi @Adonis Red, I've listened to the song "You're Losing Me" (From the Vault) by Taylor Swift, and like our Super User @Nina Nebo, I didn’t notice any change in the music speed between the timestamps 1’38 to 2’41.

Could you please confirm if you're still experiencing the same issue?

Hi,

First of all thank you both very much for of your answers !

For me it is still the same when i listen to it on my phone.

Since you said you didn’t have this issue, i tried on my pc, where the song plays with no problem. I can only suppose that it is something coming from my phone or maybe the app, cause with my PC im not using it.

I also took a screen recording of it, but just noticed i can’t upload video here so i don’t know how to show you what it looks like.

Hi @Adonis Red

I listened to the song on Android and I don't hear any speed up.
Do you have speed up on that song on your mobile phone or did you notice speed up on some other song !?

As far as i’ve seen, it only happened on that song, and it’s only on my phone (an iphone, iOS 17.3 btw).

Hi, did you clear the Smart Cache (Deezer App Settings) and the app’s cache (if possible on iOS)? I've had that playback issue before because of a corrupted cache, so it might be worth a try.
