playback does not resume after phone call

As the title suggests, when I take a call whilst listening to Deezer, playback pauses as it should. However, when the call ends, playback does not resume. This only seems to have started since the latest IOS update (13).
I have tried reinstalling the app but this has not corrected the issue.
Can anyone help please. This is highly annoying.

    Hey @DriverX 

    Please completely remove the Deezer app from memory (Instructions from Apple). Restart your iPhone and then test, etc.

    I have just run a quick test using an iPhone with iOS 17 and couldn’t reproduce the same issue.

    Made a phone call and received one and music always resume after the call.

    So might be some setting or maybe you have an Apple Watch or AirPods connect to your phone that is making this interference?

    I recommend, in case you have connected devices, to unpair them, delete and reboot your phone.

    After that procedure please install the latest version of the app and check if the issue still occurs, without any device connected to your phone?

    It doesnt wokr with airplay (carplay), but 100% wokrs with bloethooth connection.
