i have over 2600 tracks DOWNLOADED onto my phone in my favourite tracks, whenever i try to load them offline AND online, only the first 46 or so will load, and the rest wont load at all. my downloaded albums and playlists will work, but my favourite tracks are just an issue. please fix this or give advice on how to sort it.

Did you try clearing the cache of the app or reinstalling it?Â

• What's the brand and model of the device you are having problems with?
• What's the version of the operating system (Android, iOS, Windows or Mac) installed on your device?Â
• If you're using our app, what's the Deezer version installed on your device?Â
• If you're using Deezer on the web browser, what's your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Microsoft Edge)? What's the latest version installed?Â
Please send me too a screenshot of the app Deezer with the option “Data and storage”.
