not showing on iphone lock screen

The app doesn’t show anything on iPhone Lock Screen when it’s playing

    Can you check your iPhone settings?
     

    This should be a lock screen with Deezer:

     

    Go to the iPhone settings and below you will find Deezer:

     

     

    Go to notifications:

     

     

    Please check if the settings are like you can see in this screenshot and then go to show previews:

    I sorted it out. I needed to delete the app and reinstall it, then everything worked well. But the question is why?

    I really can’t tell you this. It could be something with iOS or Deezer. But I’m glad that it’s working again.
