No Longer Able To Browse Playlists When in CarPlay

Still not fixed in Android Auto...

I haven’t tried it yet on Android Auto, will try it this weekend.

Don’t get your hopes up! I couldn’t see any way at all to see track listing in a playlist, or choose anything other than shuffle/repeat :/

Bizarre as its fixed in iOS version. There has been another app update today that takes it to version 10.41.1 (10.41.1.1)

I’ve just moved to Deezer and that was pretty surprising for me. Is it a bug or a feature that I cannot browse tracks in a playlist or album (or podcasts!) but just start playing it?

No steps actually. I assumed it's just a poor AA support in Deezer :) I have subscribed to deezer only this week. I tried it in two cars and both have the same issue. 

​@GropplerZorn it looks like a feature, not a bug. It seems that Deezer doesn’t want us to choose songs but play the whole list, blindly. I don’t like it but I assume they want to be cautious (safety reasons). Might it be the case?

I think the effect may be exactly the opposite - I need to pick up my phone to choose a podcast episode, which is far more dangerous ;)

​@embepi while I certainly understand your line of thinking, and I'm all for safety while driving, it seems curious that Deezer would have two completely different strategies for iOS and Android.

I’ll let you know if I hear more. And you can always find a safe place to choose your podcast.
