Moving tracks around in a playlist doesn’t save

In the iOS app, when I move one or more tracks in my Favourites playlist and press done, it doesn’t keep them. I tried going into my library through an internet browser and it seems like it’s like it’s supposed to be there, so it probably is an app issue.

    Have you tried reinstalling the app and clearing the cache? Also, have you rebooted your phone? These steps can often resolve common issues.

    Additionally, if you could share the version of the operating system installed on your device and record a video showing the step-by-step process you're following, it would be really helpful.

    Hey, thanks for the response. I already opened a ticket for support and they told me that it’s a known issue.
