I can’t seem to log in to my Deezer account on the iPhone app, but can still log in via web and smart tv. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

 

i rebooted my phone, deleted the Deezer app and reinstalled. Nothing worked :(

At this time the issue is mainly on mobile IOS/Android.

User having error message saying “you are not connected to internet”.

User have been unlogged and not able to log-in.

Website is working better but some pages may not respond correctly sometimes. Deezer is still investigating and trying to fix it.


@M.j.g.poppe  the service is up again and can be used but we are monitoring the situation.
Please do not hesitate to reach out if your should encounter recurring issues.
