iOS Mobile 18.11 Bug - Error Loading Edit Playlist Past 100 Songs

Hello there! I am using iOS 18.11, Deezer version 11.10.0.1 (according to the bottom of my screen when I open the app). Upon selecting the “Edit Playlist” option, I am met with a blank screen once I scroll past around 100 songs. I have attached a screen recording of me quickly scrolling to the bottom. I have tried slowly, painfully slow, scrolling to see if it was a loading issue. Unfortunately, I still encountered the bug. The only workaround I’ve found so far is to download Deezer’s PC program and edit the chosen playlist from my computer.

It’d be nice to have a bug fix that works for my previous version of iOS, but if the only real fix is to update my phone’s software then that’s something I’ll consider. Wanted to bring this to the team’s attention, and if anyone out there is finding the same problem then I wish you luck and again point to the desktop solution I mentioned above.

Thank you for reading, I hope you have a nice day!

Hi @GiancarloO

I’ve tried to reproduce the bug in my iOS 26.3.1 but everything works ok.

Is it possible to update your iOS on your Apple device? That would fix the bug.

Also, try to increase the smart cache bar to the max (in the app - cache settings), that will also help.

Let us know how it goes, please!

Hi @GiancarloO

I’ve tried to reproduce the bug in my iOS 23.6.1 but everything works ok.

I don’t think iOS 23 exists. My iPhone runs on iOS 26.4 and I’m encountering the same issue. I’m using the web version to edit my longer playlists at the moment

Thanks for the report @J_one0K!

@GiancarloO Our team is working on the quick fix for this issue already! Everything will be 100% ok for the next update of the mobile app though 👍
