iOS, favorite tracks not available when offline

Hi everyone,

I'm running iOS, Deezer 10.3.0, and my favorite tracks not available offline. 
 

I deleted Deezer and reinstalled, redownloaded my favorites and the problem persists. Anyone manage to solve this?

Hi @OSTPhile, thanks for sharing your experience on Deezer app.

Nevertheless, I can’t reproduce issue on Offline mode.

Would be great if you could record a video for the issue you claim, so I can try here to reproduce it.

Also please share brand and model of the device, confirm if you have an SD card installed and send us a screenshot pressing the Deezer app, then the Gear wheel and choose option “Data and Storage”.

    Hi Leonidia,

     

    of course, I'm on an iPhone 12. No SD card.

    the music is clearly downloaded, because when I hit ‘shuffle downloaded music’ it plays my songs.
