flow Stops After 3 songs

Hi! I’m trying to switch to Deezer and I can’t seem to get flow to work for more than 3-5 songs. I’m on iOS premium subscription trial period and not in power saver mode. I can’t see any battery or data saving settings in my Settings to turn off. Any idea how to fix this or should I go back to Spotify?

I’ve been having this problem for three or four weeks. I’ve talked to tech-support and they said they were aware of it and are working on a fix.

hopefully they get something done soon. Flow is pretty useless if it stops constantly.

Hi

In the data and storage settings, try clearing the entire cache and increasing the cache allocation to the maximum amount.

Let us know if this resolves the issue.

Regards, and we'll be in touch.

Maxing out the cache didn’t fix it for me. Flow plays 4 songs and stops.

Same problem here. It stops after 6 or 7 songs. Flow is kind of useless now on iOS.

Still happening every single time I start a Flow. Stops after 3-5 songs and does not let me press the “next track” button. Running latest iOS on iPhone and Deezer app is updated to the latest version as well. This is a bit ridiculous how long it has taken to find a fix for this. I have cleared the cache and increased the allowable cache to the max, turned off battery saving modes, tried all different types of Flows, have over 1,000 liked songs. Nothing fixes the issue. I switched from Spotify specifically for this feature. I will sadly be returning if there is not a solution soon.

Flow plays a few songs and then stops. Yeah it sucks, I’ve been having this problem on multiple iOS devices and even created a new account but no luck. I’ve emailed with tech-support several times over the last couple months and as far as I can tell this bug still is not fixed. After hours and hours of troubleshooting, I finally, sadly canceled my subscription.

I ended up going back to Spotify, which I really don’t like but at least it works. Come on Deezer I’d really love to come back - please fix these bugs!
