Hi
Could you please share a screenshot of the error message that you mentioned in order to help you?
Thanks
Hi Jaime, I cannot make a screenshot anymore. The problem occurred while using the Deezer app in the offline-modus trying to play my music Favorites that were all downloaded. I cleared my cache and “smart cache” but now I have te reload all my 3,113 musicfiles one by one again by removing each file and than add the file again to My Favourites. The files are shown with two colours (green and purple). This is quite a job to do. I cannot synchronise my iPad with my iPhone to do that in a single prompt. Is there a way to re-load all “purple” files remaining in one action? I hope for a simple resolution!
Deezer Content Limits – Deezer Support
So over 3k offline tracks or files on an iOS device should not be possible, or do you mean favorite tracks?
Note: For offline listening, the content limits are the same, provided your device has enough storage space
So your iOS device might not have enough storage space perhaps.
Hi,
My device on which the error occurred has a capacity (storage space) of 512GB. That is not the problem. The error occurred within the Deezer app with error code 6927602. The Deezer app was totally blocked and I had to delete the app and installatie it again. My 3.113 download files were still in My Fafourites but I could not play them anymore in the offline-mode. My storage in the Deezer app shows that Deezer is taking 6,48 GB of a total of 329,59 GB. So the problem is not the storage of my device nor the storage availibility in the Deezer app. QUESTION: Is there a way to upload the remaining >2000 files with the purple colour at once in the folder My Favourites?

Hi
Have you tried to increase the smart cache to the max in the settings of the Deezer app?
About moving the 2,000 files at once to the My Favourites folder, you can try it on a PC by selecting them all and moving them to the Favourites folder.
