Deezer not working on Apple Car Play

I have an Audi A3 2018 and use Apple Car Play via the Audi MMi unit. I have updated the MMii software, rebooted the MMi system, updated the iPhone to the latest iOS software and deleted and reinstalled the Deezer App.

After all this the Deezer App on Car Play just states it’s loading and then thats it, nothing else!

Before I did all of the above updates etc it still was not working and doing exactly the same thing.

Come on Deezer, get your act together otherwise I will be cancelling my long held subscription to Deezer and going to Spotify.
