Hi all, 

 

Deezer has stopped working in my Apple CarPlay, it has worked perfectly for the last two years with no problems whatsover, now, when I open CarPlay it just says ‘loading’ and Deezer never appears, All other apps in CarPlay still work as they should. I’ve tried the usual delete / re-install Deezer, clear cache etc, unfortunately, this has not solved the issue? 
 

Anyone any ideas how I can fix this? My iPhone is fully up to date with iOS  17.5.1.

Deezer is aware this issue and is working on a fix that should be available on the next update

Update - I’m not sure it’s gonna be on the next update . I asked . 


Same here in my Audi Q3, reassuring that I’m not the only one! 


That’s interesting as I have a VW group car too (Cupra Formentor) so it may be a VW entertainment issue that Deezer need to sort out, it worked perfectly for about two years until a few days ago so not sure what has caused it not to work.
 

In the meantime I’ve downloaded and installed Amazon music (currently on offer for 6 months free) so I’ve been using that instead which works very well with CarPlay until Deezer sort the issue out!


Same here with the current Deezer release with my Ford Fiesta.

But in another post here on the Community we’ve been told a fix is coming in the next release.


I’ve got Amazon music and also Spotify freebie works well, just a few annoying ads! Just frustrating! Deezer on my phone will play through the speakers and then I can skip tracks etc, just a black ‘loading’ screen, so not ability to search through Deezer, but the other music apps work fine … hope it’s sorted soon!! 


Same here just started this problem last week after five years of perfect use in the same car a be golf


I have the same problem in my Seat Leon. I hope this issues gets solved soon
