Deezer is not working on Apple Carplay

HI everyone.

  1. I can’t adjust volume for Deezer while using Apple Carplay.
  2. Deezer app seems buggy. I can’t see the current music that I am playing now and I can’t play backward or forward for my music.
  3. I can’t use Deezer in Apple Carplay to play music and only through my phone.

you haven’t listed any troubleshooting steps you’ve taken (if at all). folks here are happy to help, but they need information.

i have zero problems using carplay with deezer, but we may be using different phones, cables, cars, os versions, deezer subscriptions, etc.

Just like @GropplerZorn I do use Deezer in my car while using CarPlay without any problems, every day.

  • Citroën C3 (2020)
  • iPhone SE 2020
  • Deezer Premium
  • Deezer 9.50.1.1
  • iOS 16.6.1
  • short USB-C cable

Maybe you can check your settings?
