Daily Mix Refresh Issue

I'm experiencing the same issue. 😟

Got the same issue for weeks.

Same with me, it’s been going on for a long time. I’ve reported this to tech-support 3x and they can’t seem to fix it. Every once in a while I’ll get a new mix, but half the time the playlist doesn’t match the name of the mix. And right now I have 2 of my mixes that only contain four songs in them.  

When I talk to tech-support they asked me for screenshots which I provide, I reset the cache, I uninstall the app and reinstall the app, log out, log back in. But nothing seems to fix this.  Also get the same behavior on a second iOS device, and on the desktop on Mac. 

I have noticed this happening occasionally too. It can be pretty frustrating when you are expecting a fresh Daily Mix and it stays unchanged for several days. Hopefully it is just a temporary glitch, but I would also be curious to know whether the refresh schedule has changed recently.

I reported this two years ago and nobody did anything.

Daily Mixes are one of the core features of the app, yet Deezer still can’t fix them and keeps asking for screenshots. This has been broken for years.

When I first reported it, I was told that if less than 1% of users had the issue, then it wasn’t a problem. What kind of bullshit response is that?

The mixes don’t refresh, don’t update, and sometimes show a completely different set of tracks from what’s actually playing. Clearly, nobody is properly testing this.

I left Deezer because Daily Mixes were literally my go to feature for listening every day. If one of your core features doesn’t work, there’s no reason for me to stay.

I must be part of that 1%, it seems my daily mixes remain the same for days or weeks at a time, and often the playlists are empty. 

Same for me. Also created a new Account to test, with the same problem.

Hi, If you have streamed the day before, your daily mixes should update. I’ve reported this already to the correspondent team and devs, and it is under investigation.

I’m experiencing the same issue. My Daily Mixes haven’t refreshed for a couple of days either, so it looks like there might be a delay on Deezer’s side.
