Daily Mix Refresh Issue

Hi everyone,

Is anyone else experiencing delays with the Daily Mix updates? Mine hasn’t been updated for a couple of days, and this seems to happen from time to time.

Are the Daily Mixes still supposed to refresh every day, or has something changed?

    hi Jamie, when you say “stream the day before” do you mean stream the daily mixes the day before? Or just stream anything in the app at all?

    It means that your account must have been active and streamed music on the previous day. Our team is working on it though, but it can take time.

    I most often stream daily but still do not get playlist updates.

    Our devs are currently working on this and looking into what could be causing the issue. One possibility is that the tracklists provided are still quite similar, which can make the changes feel less noticeable.
    There should also be some upgrades coming soon that will help improve the rotation.
