Carplay Experience awful

  1. Songs won’t start playing unless you select the third or fourth track in a playlist, or use shuffle play
  2.  song play back start is SLOW on downloaded tracks, Spotify is instant 
  3. playlists for downloaded tracks sometimes only show 1/3 ½ of songs actually in a playlist
  4.  playback doesn’t resume after a call, or if you watch a video in say WhatsApp or iMessage

UI needs a big overhaul. I realise as business there are overheads, but if you’re not addressing customer concerns and supplying a useable product, you do not have a business.

To better understand your situation can you please give me the following details:
• What's the brand and model of the device you are having problems with?
• What's the version of the operating system (Android, iOS, Windows or Mac) installed on your device? 
• If you're using our app, what's the Deezer version installed on your device? 
Also have you done any troubleshooting?
