awful quality on Deezer app, except for radios

I’ve had Deezer for years and recently within the last 2 months the sound quality on the songs is terrible. Crackly and painful to listen to. It’s fine on the radio stations (I listen to the radio through Deezer too) so I don’t understand it? I really need it sorting out. I’ve downloaded the recent version but that’s not worked either!?!?! Please help!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. If this is happening on your iOS app, rest assured, we're working on a new version that should improve your experience.

In the meantime, have you tried uninstalling the app, restarting your iPhone and reinstalling the app to see if it helps?
