I have an Apple Watch Ultra with cellular network. For some reason, when I'm not near the phone, I can't listen to Buffalo or through the Internet, but only lists that I downloaded in advance. How do I solve this problem?

Deezer does not allow anymore music downloads via cellular through the Apple Watch. It used to work 2 years ago but the tech team has probably lost competencies… You should switch to Spotify.
