Apple Car issue - broken record

Yes, I have seen similar CarPlay audio issues mentioned. It sounds like a software glitch especially since force closing the app temporarily fixes it. I would try updating iOS restarting the phone and car and re pairing CarPlay. Hopefully Apple fixes it in a future update.

It sounds like it could be a cache issue. Could you try these steps and see if it fixes the problem?

• Open Deezer on your iPhone
• Go to Settings
• Select Data and storage
• Tap Clear all or Delete All under the cache options

If the issue still happens and you're using Wireless CarPlay, try this too:

• Open your iPhone Settings
• Go to General / Background App Refresh
• Turn it off completely, or disable it specifically for apps that use a lot of data

I have had an issue for months now in that Deezer plays 6 tracks in CarPlay and then stops. I have tried all the “fixes” with no resolution. Migrated all my playlists to Apple Music which works flawlessly in CarPlay.

Unfortunately, no luck here. Still the same issue (even worse, since an app restart doesn’t work).

What’s strange is the length of the song (~40-47sec). 
It loads an old song, even if I change it to another one (by going “back” and selecting something else).

I attached a short recording with the sound.

Currently, this is totally broken and no way to fix on my side.
 

More on the above - this may be misleading. The song played in the video recording is not the one that should be played. There should be Rise Again, but there is Soen Fraktal played there.
