mir wird immer 11.99€ abgebucht obwol ich kein abo habe und ich kann es nicht kündigen es geht schon seid 6 monaten so und ich ahbe vor 3 Monaten versucht zu kündigen aber habe keine Bestätigungs mail belommen ich möchte mein Geld zurück oder ich verklage sie

    If you are being charged €11.99 per month for Deezer Premium (the standard individual plan) and cannot find an active subscription, it is usually because the subscription is tied to a different email address, billed through a third-party app store (like Apple or Google), or active on a forgotten second account.
