Widget/shortcut for SongCatcher for Android

Make quick access as a widget for a songcatcher. Very convenient when you need to quickly find out the song. Thank you

on some of the newer versions of Android if you hold down the Deezer widget it gives you 3 shortcuts and one of them is songcatcher 🙂 have you tried that?

Also another tip you might like.... if your radio station is on Deezer play the radio through Deezer app and it displays the track playing allowing you to "heart" it if you like it 🙂

It takes quite a few clicks to lunch SongCatcher.
You need to lunch Deezer, go to Search the search and click it.

To make SongCatcher more usable, it would be nice to have a 1x1 widget to directly lunch it.
An Android Shortcut (action?) would also be nice for integration with various Launchers, Car Assistants (I use Car Dashdroid) and other 3rd party apps.

I think that having a SongCatcher widget will help users to access it more quickly to the function.

When you want to discover the title and the author of a song that you like, it's important to reach the function in the fastest way possible.

The widget would allows you to reach the SongCatcher function in just 1 tap.

In Android Oreo (8.0+) and up, Deezer has a SongCatcher shortcut. You can access it by holding down on the icon in supported launchers, and can also add it as it's own icon by dragging it onto the homescreen.

Hi Deezer,

Please make Songcatcher as a seperate app. It's faster to catch a song in one stap and easy to import into a Deezer playlist on a later stage. Like Shazam does with adding songs to Spotify playlists.
