It is clear not only from the forums here but from a general google search that Deezer you have sadly got it severely wrong with this rebrand and UI change.
Question to Deezer: What will it take to change it back or have an option to choose which UI/Logo you can see?
I assume you will still own the copyright to the previous logo and UI.
You can’t ignore the fact that you will loose custom over this….. at least a press release acknowledging the comments and that you are either choosing to stick with the new brand, or are going to have a rethink (second option would be better for reputation I think).
I know in the UK there is a “purple heart wishes” charity for those with terminal illnesses. And sadly the logo looks exactly that…...a charity or dating app! It is awful for a music app.
