SONOS - be able to control SONOS via Deezer App instead of SONOS App

Sonos apps (Sonos S1 and S2) are really bad. I've been with deezer for such a long time but if I can't access my Sonos via deezer I'm going to give up on deezer and go to Spotify 😣. Any solution now?

Our teams are working on improving the features via the Sonos app, so that's the first step we're taking. Then we still have a big project to tackle here, so I encourage you to vote for it too 

This is so important. I got a promo code for 4 months of free Deezer Premium and I still chose to keep paying for a competing streaming service because its Sonos integration is way better. I really want that same concept of being able to play my music anywhere (laptop, phone, Sonos) and control it from anywhere (laptop, phone, Sonos).

I hope you build Sonos integration into the Deezer app soon. I switched to Deezer from Tidal as I prefer the Deezer curated playlists. Sonos can be controlled from the Tidal app, so I hope Deezer follows suit.

How does it works ?

Does this feature have a timeframe yet or is it in a ‘nice to have queue’ indefinitely?

Evaluating to finally move from Spotify (even more since the raise of monthly fees) and Deezer seems to be the best competitor out there (vs YT Music, Tidal or Amazon. Apple not an option for me as an Android-user). 

Spotify have some unique features that I could manage without even though they are nice to have (Google maps integration and Android alarm clock integration), some of my favorite podcasts are missing in Deezer but no problem with a podcast app. Deezer handles Garmin Music as well which is needed. 

At home it is Sonos all the way for me, and even though the integration in Sonos is ok (so is Spotify), I never use it. Why? All content and functionality is not there. But more importantly, one gets used to the native app since that is what I use most of the day, when training, commuting, working etc. So at home it is native Spotify app all the way. Sonos app is only used used when I absolutely need it (like speakergroup management). I now realize how much I miss the “Spotify connect” feature in Deezer Android app.

I will most likely not continue after my 30 day trial until this has been resolved. The lack of the smaller features I can live without but all together there are to many advantages in Spotify to me for now.
