Siri shortcuts

Hi there, we'd love to do that, but unfortunately Apple doesn't allow that as of now. But we're working on it and I hope this will change in the future 🙂

As many people out there use voice commands to fuctiion their devices, I thought it would be an amazing idea to have Siri be able to function with commands on Deezer. “Siri can you play lean back by terror squad”... or anything in that matter, it would be An amazing idea!

Is that really the case still, now when IOS12 has been released?

I was under the impression that it would be possible for third party apps.

If this changed recently, then our team will definitely look into it 🙂 I'll let them know about your suggestion 🙂

@Javier Maggio I merged your idea into this existing one. I've checked with the team and they are looking into the new option to create third party shortcuts :)

+1 for this suggestion - other music streaming services have iOS shortcuts - I need some for Deezer! 🙂

Any plans for when Siri shortcuts can be introduced?

Defiantly +1 for this it’s really making me want to change to another music app if it doesn’t get intergtated soon Deezer seem slow to keep up to date with tech

so do I because siri can control apple music (tht's an evidence!) but also spotify.. You are the only one without siri shortcuts ... and answers on the subject.

Siri Shortcut. Please add prefix “deezer://“ and sufix “?autoplay=true” on your playlist link, like: deezer://www.deezer.com/playlist/4343151066?autoplay=true. Don’t forget to erase http:// on the link.

@Mandarim_Boladao - Many thanks for sharing that. Works 🙂 However I see weird result... Occasionally it will display or open another unknown playlist (Family SingAlong) ha ha. No idea why & can’t recreate the behaviour consistently. Any suggestion? New to Shortcuts, will play around a little. Thanks again.

@deezerbloke i‘ve got the same problem;what was your Solution?

also solved it:-) you need to use the url of the „App“ by going to the playlist,then go to the top right,press the 3dots and then chare button.

Thank you Mandarim_Boladao It works perfect. One question is it possible to start Deezer flow with Siri ?

Great you’ve implemented it but it won’t let any other actions happen after you’ve begun to play music
